Drove by this onion field a few days ago.

Very, very nice! Congrats!

Definitely!

Curiosity about the title drove me to view this image.
Technically an excellent image but it is much more than that!
Wonderful mix of the seemingly mundane, a somwhat abstract take, and the B&W treatment turn this into a potential portfolio image!
I almost forgot: the square perspective is a masterstroke.

Fantastic, looks like seaweed.

I like how the little Onions lay beneath the surface for lurking eyes.

Simply a beautiful image in every regard!

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I'm finding that photography is like a lot like playing a musical instrument; producing something technically sound is one thing, creating something note worthy is very hard. Thanks again.

Instead of the rule of thirds, you've nicely accomplished the 1/5, 1/5, 3/5 rule of fifths.

It's a good thing our numbering system is versatile enough so that we can make up a new rule to fit any excellent composition. ;)

Great lines. Makes a lovely abstract piece.

Minimalistic at first glance, but rich with texture and interest. Perfectly executed.

Apparently aliens like this rule!
