Title: Bluebell Woods
Post by: KMRennie on May 15, 2014, 12:44:21 pm
A local walk with the bluebells at their best. A much gentler subject than my usual. Hope you like it.

I like this shot a lot. Soft light, soft colors.

Applied a bit of selective blurring to soften the image a little more. I prefer it this way, "slushy romantic"

I prefer the first one, but, since you like the selective blurring I wonder if a global decrease in contrast first and then the selective blurring would be better?

I can never tire of seeing bluebell images from England. They really are a wonderful site and I miss them greatly.

At the end of the path is the 12th century Lanercost Priory. Thought you might like to see it.
