Title: HP Z3100ps printer using Imac computer

I have a HPZ3100PS photo printer and have always been able to calibrate & create new paper presets. 
I changed all the print heads this year & I am not able to perform a calibration or create new paper preset for Epson Exhibition canvas (actually any canvas).  I can calibrate coated paper & photo paper with no problems.
Please help

Where does it get stuck?

I have to say that I make my canvas profiles after the canvas target is varnished and in that case it is easier to do the profiling by hand with an Eye1 Pro.

The process gets stuck after it tries to read the callibaration chart (it prints the chart then it drys...then it cancels)
