Ordinarily, projects printed on the Z3100 can be previewed on the Z3100 HP Utility software. You can also choose to reprint a project using this utility.
All of the sudden recently, the preview feature stopped working for new projects. Previous print jobs that have a Zoom icon (+) next to the file name can be previewed. But new print jobs have a read line instead of the zoom icon and they can't be previewed.
I have no idea why this has happened. I must be missing something.
Has anyone encountered this before and found a fix?
