Title: A bit of shameless self promotion
Post by: Dave (Isle of Skye) on January 15, 2014, 04:47:48 pm

Here is a link to the Blind Veterans UK blog (http://www.blindveteransblog.org.uk/blind-veterans-arts-and-crafts/the-skyes-the-limit-for-blind-photographer-chris-nowell) explaining how I am currently working with and helping some of our war blinded veterans.

A tough job, that's for sure, but thanks for stepping up to the plate Dave.

The only shame would be if you did not share this with us, Dave. Congrats!

Thanks everyone, that is so nice of you all.

We had a great week and here is a shot of us at Cill Chroisd from a couple of days ago - probably one of my favourite places on the IoS, I am the one on the right, looking older, fatter and for once, without my trademark black hat - which just goes to show, that I do in fact still have my own hair..  ;D

Thanks again folks, you really are a great bunch..!

A very fine thing you are doing, Dave. It makes me proud of this profession whether it be at the hobby level like myself or at your level, passing on the art of photography is commendable.
