Title: Curious about i1Display Pro, need to verify...

I've been lurking and learning here for a while now, but finally I need to pose a first question because I cannot find an answer in forum searches... Hopefully this isn't a terribly silly question and if so, apologies.

I have MacPro running 10.8.5 on a Cinema Display. I am reading those running 10.9 are getting it to run and be recognized, but I am not ready to jump to Mavericks yet anyway... don't want to jump through hoops for 10.8X though. Appreciate your thoughts on the i1 Display Pro running in Mtn. Lion.

i1 Display Pro with i1 Profiler ran fine on my Mac w 10.8 (Mtn Lion).  Have had no issues with 10.9 either although I now use Spectraview s/w on my new monitor.

Okay Mac, was concerned as I've been reading that some have had problems with the updating software, that it wasn't installing correctly... bad experiences with it, etc.
