Has anyone else run into this when attempting to print a canvas?
I have selected printer manages color, and my rendering intent. On the next screen for preferences, if I select WCRW for my media I can see the Advanced B&W option, (not greyed out), however if I select media Canvas which I want to use the Advanced B&W mode is greyed out. Net I can't use the more accurate media setting of Canvas if I want to use the AWB mode.
Environment:
Win7 64 bit,
Epson Driver 6.73 A which from the Epson U.S site is most current
9900 in Matt Black mode
The AWB mode works fine I change the media to WCRW.
Any ideas would be appreciated, have not contacted Epson yet as this forum tends to be both more accurate and up to date.
