Suddenly after an afternoon of printing  the same profile evaluation target on 8.5x 11 inch paper with no problems and the exact same settings in the print driver ( specifically "Other Fine Art Paper 1") I now get the attached  error message and explanation:

The problem is that if I now do as it is telling me  and now set the paper size to an art paper size (Margin 30) I crop severely into the top and bottom edges of the P.E.T.

Any suggestions for disabling this "error"?

Ellis,

I had something similar with my 9500 mII, but I don't remember the details at this point. I'm hoping to have some time to do some printing this weekend, maybe I can jog the memory.
