Should you not have the patience to read the "introduction" please consider watching some of the videos at the end.  Light and our perception of light at the various installations around the world... opening Friday through Sept 5 at the Guggenheim, "vision of Light". the move from illumination to revelation...

...to lure you in to toolboxes of perception  ( and all these projects began from a photographer's vision, who dared remove the horizons to reveal realities [your own] of light and space.) I am beginning to understand on a more complex level the long tunnels built to resting caves insulated from without with the exception of a viewing opening to the light and night skies where native peoples came to their profound connections to the universe.

It is material like that that justifies the time otherwise seemingly wasted on internet forums.
