Title: Why Won't Imported PS Actions Work?

I've imported a few Actions into my Actions Palette in PS6.

When I try to play an action a stroked circle appears and it won't activate.

I'm in 16bit mode working on RAW files.

What you have highlighted is an action set, not an actual individual action...click the arrow on the left to expand the set and try selecting an individual action.
