I am new to this kind of photography. I wonder if this works.

Not for me. It might have been better without the shadow of whatever is protruding above the railings, interfering with the thing on the wall.

Sorry Sanggay, I have to agree with Jeremy. It's missing a central point of interest and the shadows don't really contribute.
