Title: The Kyle of Lochalsh

This is a 1.3Gb pano, taken form the side of the road.

There are some purple flowers/bushes on the hills, or so it seems. Perhaps accentuating them a bit more? By, say, making them lighter and more saturated?

Hi Slobodan,

It's good old Scottish heather your looking at there and it is in full bloom at the moment all over the hills. I held back from bumping up the saturation of the heather, as it can actually look a bit too colourful, even though when the sun hits it, it really does glow. Also purple hills are not a common thing to see in photography, so it can so easily look false, even though it isn't. But as always, leave it with me and I will do as you suggest. In fact I might do several versions of the purple heather for you to choose from.

PS: Now, finally I see how The Kyle of Lochalsh without fog!

Thanks Francios - and yes I know I live on what is called the 'Misty Isle' but so far this year, it has been mysteriously un-misty :)

Dave,
While it's sometimes foggy/windy/rainy/stormy, Isle of Skye is my favourite region in Scotland!
