Hasselblad 500cm and 6x6 IR film (Efke and Rollei)...

5,8,9 are the other stand-outs. nice work.

All that pictures are scan from negative film...
I have some pictures printed optically but now it is much more easier for me to print digitally from scan...

I toyed with the idea of having my old 5d converted to IR a while back and seeing your images now makes me wish I had done so. But after a quick look on-line, I don't think anyone is still converting the original 5d's any more.

It's a quite strange coincidence - just now I'm drinking single malt Talisker from the Isle of Skye... -)

Yes the distillery is about 30 minutes or so from us, we went there for a tour earlier in the year and found out they sell whisky at various prices and vintages, right through to a 40 year old single malt at £1,000 a bottle (yikes). Excellent tasting whisky though, but needs a drop of water to fully bring out the taste and this is how they serve it for tasting, so must be the right way.

In fact believe it or not, we bought some of their old barrels cut in half to use as flower tubs in the front of the house, and the smell from inside was amazing, just sticking my head in the barrel and breathing deeply, Mmmmm what a hit ::)

I had a complete computer crash on my main machine and it's taken Dell two weeks to come up with a solution. I now have three computers in my studio, two of which are new and two of which (not one of the new ones) have to go back to Dell this coming week.

In any case, I finally got time to take a serious look at your IR work, and I must say I'm impressed. Normally I look at an IR picture and wonder what it would look like as a photograph, but this time the answer jumps out at me. I especially love #2, 9, and 10. I'm taken with #2 because of the stark contrast from a couple stray beams of sunlight that make the castle jump out at me. The birds and the reflections in #9 are wonderful, and the atmospheric perspective produced by the subtle tone changes in #10 draw me into the picture.

Welcome to the forum, and Bravo! Fine work.
