Just as a side note, Cokin also sells a Blue/gold polarizer, I have both and the glass is identical and the results are the same.

I didn't know about the cokin one. will it work ok on a lens with a 77mm thread? Or is it too big for that?

The ones I have are for the Cokin P-series are you looking for a screw on type filter? The Cokin P-series filters will work with a 77mm diameter. The filters slide into one of the slots of the holder and you rotate the holder to see the effect.

Many years ago, I read about someone who modified the G/B Cokin pola taking the filter's adapter off. Then glued it to a glassless 82mm filter ring. I may do that, now that I'm about to purchase the Canon 24TSII.
