Title: Coffee Photobook printers

Hello!

I was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for book printers?
I want to print a coffee table book of my photography so looking at options.
Would like a good value place, but obviously want to have good quality printing.

If you own Aperture, you might give their book module a try. Pretty affordable and great quality.

Thanks for the replies, the problem with all the on demand ones is they are expensive, even at 1000 print runs from the quotes I have got.
What I'm looking for is a company that doesn't do small runs but a good price.
The book I want to print is 250 pages so blurb etc just aren't cost effective and no one would pay $200 for a book.

This is a couple of years old but may be worth reading.  Cost is always an issue with photo books.  One option is to 'print' a .pdf version for tablets and sell them for a much lower cost, in addition to the paper version.

Sumo, anyone? Investigate Taschen's site and be surprised how much people are willing to pay for someting they want.

I looked at a small book Charlie Cramer made using Magcloud and must say that I was impressed. This was no coffee table book, but the color was very good.  Magcloud books are quite reasonably priced.
