Title: How to move photos from LR3.6 to LR4.1 with all the adjustment and virtul copies

I recently upgraded to LR4.1 and move one of the file to LR4 through "IMPORT" function but some picture was missing and the "flag" picture haven't show up in LR4. I believe I didn't use the proper way to do it.

Please tell me how to migrate the complete adjustments that I had done in LR3.6 to LR4.1 RC.
