Title: Color Eyes Pro or i1Display Pro software with i1Display Pro calibrator?

I just ordered a i1Display Pro to replace my Spyder2 calibrator. I own Color Eyes Pro software (and use advanced mode) and am wondering what are the pros and cons of using it instead of the i1Display Pro software? I use a five year old (not wide gamut) 24 inch BenQ monitor with limited internal controls for brightness, contrast, etc, and a Mac Pro computer.
