Back and body:
-
Thanks, I got confused, because B and H told me it was only the body

Don't buy from BH, look for a Hasselblad Dealer.... I.E. Hotwire-Digital.... John Shipes (House of Victor)... They can et you a better deal sometimes but one on one service!
-
or deal with Hasselblad direct

Thank you, I don't know if I was thinking about getting it, more just passing curiosity, but I would assume its built a little better then the non-stainless steel version... but I don't really buy things like that from B&H, just use them for browsing most of the options available because of their website.

They are ALL stainless steel, it's just that this one is not powder coated grey.

Hello All,
BC, yes the Hasselblad H4D stainless is an active product - very cool looking and if you are into looking different - this is the ticket.

The UK site states this is a limited run of 100 cameras.
http://www.hasselblad.co.uk/promotions/h4d-40-stainless-steel.aspx
So it may be an "active" product but is limited.

They should make an all black one!

Believe me, in black it looks awfully 8)
BTW
In my opinion, a classic is the prettiest. Steel is very interesting :-)
Red is perfect for men in middle age ;D
But if you really want black one, go to the store and buy a suitable paint and airbrush for painting models ....
