Great composition. I would say the photo lacks a bit in color and contrast, maybe use a bit of post-processing to enhance the contrast a bit? (It's still far better than I could do though!)

Great capture!  The background colour complements the plumage colours.  Thanks for sharing.   :)

very nice, blur on the back ground maybe just a little bit too much.
