Where are you located, and also what's the main difference between this and the 7900?

It is located in North East Florida and I don't know the difference between this and a 7900. Try a google search to compare. I have enjoyed this one but my business plans changed and I don't really need it anymore. Used only slightly, still running original starter inks although they are running low.
