Title: FD 500/4.5 converted to EF mount for sale
Post by: Frank Kolwicz on October 29, 2011, 02:36:45 pm

It has full manual focus and manual aperture, converted to mount on the latest (EF) Canon bodies, including digital. I've used it on a 5dII and an Xti. My problem with it is that I can't focus fast enough for birds in flight or otherwise moving quickly. Optically, this lens is as good as the latest at 1/4th to 1/6th the price of a used EF version.

I've got $1500 into it, for sale for $1000 or make me a reasonable offer. No trash offers considered, I'd rather use it as a door stop than give it away to someone who only wants a garage sale deal.
