Problem: bright yellow areas are printing bright blue (at random times)
This happened once several months ago and seemed to be a fluke, but today it happened several times
While printing:
-on matte or glossy paper
-different brands of paper
-on different photo images
-sometimes this happens on the entire print, sometimes just on ½ the print
-the photo prints can print ok then the next time the problem reoccurs
-or the problem occurs but eventually the image prints correctly
Things tried:
-turned computer and printer on and off
-did nozzle and head check tests (passed ok)
-head cleaning B (advice of Canon tech) - no problem with printhead
Has anyone had this experience? Would appreciate any feedback, as this is incredibly maddening!
