Perhaps not in this image, but maybe in others? And lest we forget the complete and utter nonsense that is couture fashion and that they would probably hire a stylist to 'do' the model's pubic hair (if she had any) even though she would be fully clothed.

Doesn't look like it: she must have been wearing a hell of a corset. The other photos of her, which are scattered around the web, show her waist looking quite normal.
