There is a full detail list on of the Lightroom 3.5 RC updates (http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjournal/2011/08/lightroom-3-5-and-camera-raw-6-5-available-on-adobe-labs.html). This also includes the bug fixes and camera updates. Looks like some of the fixes had to do with OS X Lion using tether capture in Lightroom.
