Title: On-One vs Nik Software

I use PS and LR3 with several of the Nik programs. Does On-One offer any options worth considering.
I like their tag line "Software that gets you back to shooting".

Yeah, but it's a banal tag line, don't you think? We all love motherhood and apple pie.
