Title: 4880 disabling the cutter for canvas

According to the instructions, I'm suppose to deselect the cutter and manually cut the canvas on my 4880.  I have deselected the cutter by clicking the scissor symbol off.  The printer still cuts the canvas.  I'm sure it is something silly but what am I doing wrong?

Assuming that it works like the 9900, even if you deselect the little scissors from the front panel, the print driver settings will override the LCD setting - so you have to turn auto-cut off in the driver settings as well.
