Title: mounting to plexi - how?

Hi everyone,
   I need/want to do a short term display of photos mounted behind plexi/acrylic. I'm looking for a frameless option so the image will go all the way to the finished edge of the acrylic which will be open to the world. I've got a range of papers available and an ipf8300. I'm looking for pieces that'll be roughly 11x14" so nothing too big, BUT I don't have any kind of press and I'm wondering if anyone has a technique for face mounting to arcylic or if you think that this is just really something to outsource? I have no concerns about archival presentation in this case, but I want it to look fabulous.

It does take equipment. An excellent time to outsource.

Another option is to use Epoxy Resin.  It is easier to do but great care is still needed.  The finished result can look fantastic.  I've been playing a round with a few pieces and have been pretty happy with the results.

After working without the mask, I don't think she remembers either!  I'm gonna leave that stuff alone.

Remember all the resin restaurant tabletops from the 60's and 70's?  I wonder how it would look if I put some seashells and old coins and stuff in my print coatings.

Way back in the early cabinetry days I did several jobs for a guy who wanted to sell these custom cut slab tops covered with the 2 part epoxy. I believe the product was "Behr".
What a mess to fool with. I think i did about a dozen for him.
Must have charged him too much as I never saw him again.

You could try seals optimount ultra without a laminator,but it's a shot in the dark.
I think it would be best to just buy this batch from someone who does this professionally.
