Canon has just released the plugin for the iPF5000 that supports 64 bit CS4 and CS5 on both Win X64 platforms (Vista and Win 7) and Mac OS X:

Can't believe they're making new drivers and software for 4 year old printers... Too bad the firmware isn't more current. The 5000's older firmware isn't nearly as frugal with ink as the newer firmware allows the other printers to be.
