Title: Cannot import images into Lightroom.

I have a strange goings on this morning. I cannot import anything into Lightroom 3.
I get a window that says import results at the top.
Inside the window it lists the images and says"Some input operations were not performed"
At the bottom is a Save as box and on the right side is an ok button. If you hit the ok button the box goes away.
