People usually only post when they want to bitch about a company after something has gone wrong. I just wanted to post a thank you to Jason @ Shades of Paper for going above and beyond today. Good customer service is becoming more and more of a rarity these days and it's so nice when you find someone that actually values CS. Thanks Jason and the folks at Shades. Happy New Year! :-)
