Does anybody know of an extra coarse inkjet canvas for use on our Canon 8300 and 9000

Choose any coarse canvas (roll) from your art supply store and coat it with White Matte Precoat from inkAID. Make sure it stays flat. Trim the edges if necessary prior to printing.

Breathing Color 800M is a pretty unpleasantly coarse canvas, IMHO.  Made worse if you apply a very thin protective coating.  But it's a very regular coarseness, I suspect you're after something a little more random, for which I have no suggestions other than Stefan's.
