Title: EPSON 9900 Paper Problems

I have tried about 20 times to get the Epson Enhanced Matte on a roll to go through so I may print, but I keep getting Error: "Paper Error: Load Paper Correctly" I can not get it to load, no matter how many times I reload it.

Thanks for any help. This seems to be a repeating problem for me.

Should load per the normal roll paper loading procedure. Can you go through your process,maybe we can pick up on something.
