News flash: there is no single set of settings that will work well in all situations, even with landscapes. Manual is often good, but on partly cloudy days when the light changes frequently Av mode is often a better choice. Best ISO depends on light levels, the aperture of your lens, DOF needed, and minimum shutter speed necessary to make the shot work. The "best" settings will vary considerably from situation to situation.
