Title: Lost Control Bar on the top of Lightroom

I have the lost the Control Bar on the top of Lightroom on my PC.
That's the bar with the Min, Max, Close icons on the right?
Anyone have any idea on where it went and how to bring it back?

Clicking on the 'F' key cycles through screen modes.
