Title: Leaf Aptus on EL series Hasselblad - will it fit w/ battery attached?

Wondering if you can fit an Aptus w/ a battery attached on the 500 ELM, 553ELX and 555ELD....Looks as though there wouldn't be clearance between the back and the bottom of the camera for the aptus battery.

Can only be mounted in portrait position with the original battery, if you use an external power source via an adaptor to the firewire port you could mount in any orientation.

Hasselblad have an adaptor to allow the use of their backs on EL cameras. It's an L-shaped bracket that holds the battery clear of the motor. Not sure if the solution will work for an Aptus but it would be worth making some enquiries.
