Topaz released DeNoise 4 (http://www.plugsandpixels.com/denoise.html) with IntelliNoise™ today as a free upgrade for existing users or with a $30 discount for new users.

To bad it does not work yet in 64bit Mac CS5. Right now I am switching between cs4 and cs5 because none of my plugins work in 64bit mode.
