This showed up in my Inbox today.  Apparently it's the first x86 processor with 12 cores...

Even though they are a lot cheaper than all Xeons from Intel, these CPUs make no sense for Workstations. They certainly are more aimed towards severs. The same goes for the new Xeon CPUs Intel announced today. (8 cores, 16 threads with HT)
