Has anyone had the opportunity to test the new Nikon 16-35mm lens yet.

If so I would appreciate reading your opinion.

Interesting reading. Shame about the barrel distortion, but as Ken say's its easy to fix.

Fortunately I still have a working copy of ImageAlign Pro

Hello,

A couple of things that I think will be great about this lens is.

Having the VR system should help greatly when shooting from helicopters with a polarizer filter and it has to be better in the corners than my Nikon 28mm lens.
