Title: Service Mode

A really dumb and basic question, but I can't find the answer anywhere!  On the Epson 7900, how do you get into the service mode?  I am assuming this is different from the maintenance mode...

While powering the printer on, hold down the center button + down arrow + right arrow buttons.
