I'm not a big fan of long exposure water shots generally, but this composition works for me. Good work.

Another excellent photo. The foreground rocks lead the eyes to the very "interesting" sky and cloud formation. The long exposure is just right as water is not rendered as a shapeless fog layer.
Well done.
