Title: HDR merge not working

Connected to my rant below, the problem I am having is the after a clean install of CS#3 on my new macPro usin OSX10.6, the HDR function stopped working.  Every time it stops at the "aligning layer based on image content" stage and PS freezes and I have to use force quit.

ANyone have any suggestions?

How many files?

How big?

How much memory do you have?

That usually means your preferences file is corrupted. Delete it and try again.

I REPLACED THE PS PREFERENCES AND SOME OTHER MANEUVERS SUGGESTED ON THE NET, BUT NO LUCK.
