Stonington, Maine...early morning in the fog. Good thing someone painted the warnings on this old pier. Otherwise, folks would be jumping up and down on this thing, right? Ha.

Wonderful shot.  The (painfully obvious) painted warning on the pier enhances the photo - adding something you would not normally expect to see in similar scene from somewhere else.

Thanks Andrew. The warnings were amusing, but maybe the owner is attempting to avoid trouble down the road.
