Title: Nikon 14-24mm adapter for a canon 5DII camera

Can anyone suggest an adapter that would allow me to use a Nikon 14-24mm lens on a Canon 5DII body. I want to be able to focus at infinity. I am interested in anyone that has used on or currently uses this set up.
