Title: Strange background color change

Out of nowhere, the background color and color of the border around images has changed to an ugly burgundy red.  This appears when light or dark gray are selected in the preferences-the other color choicdes are OK.

How can I get rid of this annoying color?

I recalibrated my monitor and now the colors appear normal.  I must have done something wrong when I recalibrated last week.

Never Mind!!!
