Title: When turning my Epson 7900 off all the settings reset back to default.

I am sure I am missing something but I have the cleaning cycles turned off and every time I restart and go back and look in the menu they are back at the default setting of on. I will have to look a little closer but I think several other items in the menu are resetting back to default, platen setting and paper type.
