Title: Bridge CS4 Photo-downloader No thumbnail previews?

Cs3 I used photo-downloader extensively just changed over to cs4. My computer is newly reformatted. I'm using XP home edition with service pack 3. Their are no previews of thumbnails in photo-downloader. I cannot find anything on the net to help me with this problem! My pictures and thumbnails preview perfectly in bridge and elsewhere.

So what am I missing here? I download my images using a dedicated card reader....

Well the first thing you are missing is proper forum etiquette such as don't post four threads of the same thing.

was not sure where i'd get answer from the quickest, so i figured id post in the 3 most likely thread. On that note does it REALLY bother you?
