Title: Lightroom takes forever to add new keywords

Every time I add a new keyword, it takes lightroom forever recover and allow me to resume editing and using the software.

Has anybody run into this problem?

I have never experienced that problem from 1.0 through 2.2 on PC. (I just upgraded to 2.3, so can't comment on that version.)
