Hi,
Just so you know, in case it is relevant to you.
After 5 plus hours on phone with Epson, Adobe; and alot of ink and matt paper, i solved the following problem. Silly, should have uninstalled Photomatrix FIRST, duh
Start:
Windows xp
Lightroom 2.3
Photomatix Pro with Lightroom plug in installed (purchased 03/04/2009)
Epson R800 printer
Problem:
When printing on Matte paper, of an image that Photomatix had a hand in, or an older one it did not;
One area of the print, always physically the same area on the sheet, had a line of white (color of paper base) "hash marks". Only on matte, never on glossy. Effect seen printing from Lightroom 2.2 &2.3.
Solution:
Re-installed Photomatrix without Lightroom plug-in.
Have informed HDR Sofware.
