Title: photo compositing tutorials?

Are there any tutorials on the internet for combining elements of different photos to create one such as http://www.thefstopmag.com/?p=386 (http://www.thefstopmag.com/?p=386) ?
I'm really interested in this sort of "photography", taking different photographs and putting them all into one to get a perfect image.
