I am looking for a Contax to Mamiya lens adapter. I have looked all over and can not find an adapter that mounts a Contax 645 lens on any other system either.
Has an adapter like this ever been made?
Thanks

As far as I know, you can't use Contax lenses on any other system.

No, this has not been done, and most likely never will. The Contax lenses are controlled electronically, which makes it more difficult than purely mechanical lenses. Also, there is less than 1mm difference between the Contax and Mamiya registration distance (lens mount to film plane), which does not leave enough room to make an adapter that would still allows infinity focus on the Mamiya body.
Such an effort can be done, but it would require reverse-engineering the electronics of the Contax 645, building an electronic interface to match the Mamiya electronics, AND machining/trimming the rear mount of the Contax lens to add a Mamiya bayonet that would retain infinity focus of the lens.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to buy a Contax if I want to use their glass.

:( Contax - Mamiya lens - camera combination would be great!

You can get an adapter to use Contax back on Mamiya RZ body.
You can get a lens adapter to use Hasselbald V lenses on Contax body.
You can get a lens adapter to use Pentax 67 lenses on Contax body.
These are the adapters I am aware of.
Cheers

Not necessarily. Although it's a rather clunky process, you can adjust the aperture of the Contax lenses by mounting them on a Contax 645 body, adjust the aperture to the setting you desire, then hold down the DoF preview button while you dismount the lens from the body. The aperture will remain wherever you set it and you can then install the lens on another body while being careful not to move the focus ring.
I have successfully done this to use my Contax 645 lenses on my Toyo 23G view camera via a mount adapter that I cobbled together from an extension tube and a tube of two-part epoxy, so if you can successfully address the mechanical aspects of mounting a Contax lens on a Mamiya (which, as David pointed out, won't be easy), you won't be stuck shooting everything wide open.

You can also use them on Canon. But now we have leaved MF.

How do you use Contax MF lenses on a Canon?

You had to use a modified NAM-1 adapter, it´s for mounting Contax 645 lenses on a Contax N camera. Conurus converts Contax N adapters and lenses for use on Canon.
